How is pricing determined?
VSI Self-Service Licenses are sold in blocks of 50 survey administrations, based on your average number of active volunteers over the past six months. Price breaks are available at quantities of 100, 500, and 1,000+. You'll be asked to provide documentation to verify your volunteer population before gaining access to the materials. Accepted documentation includes: •Recent board reports •Volunteer Management System (VMS) reports •Other official records on organizational letterhead

Yes! How should I administer the survey?
You can administer the VSI: •On your own survey platform (like SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics) •As a paper-and-pencil version The VSI may not be shared via email—either as an attachment or in the body of an email. Access to the survey must be controlled, and once data collection ends, the survey should be taken offline.
What is included with the Volunteer Satisfaction Index (VSI) Self-Service survey license?
When you purchase a VSI Self-Service License, you’ll receive: •A downloadable PDF with one copy of the validated Volunteer Satisfaction Index (VSI) •A scoring key for calculating results •A license agreement granting you permission to administer the VSI for the number of survey administrations purchased You’ll reproduce, distribute, and score the survey on your own, either via your own survey platform or as a paper-and-pencil version. Note: Customization is not available with this option.
